RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Tik Pop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we are here to help.

1. Your Right to Cancel ("Cooling-Off Period")

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • The Notification Window: You must inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.

  • The Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to physically send the goods back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition that you received them.

  • We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by "excessive handling" (i.e., using the product more than you would in a physical shop to inspect it).

  • Please return items in their original packaging where possible.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to:

  • Within 30 days: A full refund.

  • Up to 6 months: A repair or replacement. If we cannot repair or replace the item, you may then be entitled to a full refund.

  • After 6 months: You may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, provided you can prove the fault was present at the time of delivery.

4. How to Initiate a Return

Please make sure to retain you proof of postage and proof of purchase, please include your proof of purchase inside your return parcel.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Faulty Items: If the item is faulty or was sent in error, Tik Pop will cover the return shipping costs or provide a pre-paid label.

6. Exemptions (Non-Returnable Items)

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

  • Personalised or Custom-Made Goods: Items made to your specific requirements.

  • Perishable Items: Goods that deteriorate quickly (e.g., food or flowers).

  • Hygiene Items: Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., earrings, cosmetics) if they become unsealed after delivery.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your item (or receive proof that you have sent it), we will inspect it and notify you. We will process your refund within 14 days.

  • The refund will be made to your original payment method.

  • We will refund the full cost of the item plus the cost of our standard delivery (even if you chose a more expensive express option).
