complete surprise until opened—giving you a chance to pull rare or secret items! Due
to their mystery nature, opened packs or boxes cannot be returned or exchanged for
duplicates.

Yes, absolutely. We have direct and exclusive partnerships with major global toy brands. All items sold on TIK POP are guaranteed 100% official, licensed, and authentic products.

3. How long does shipping take and can I track my order?

Standard domestic orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress in real-time.

4. How do pre-orders work for trending or newly announced drops?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve viral or high-demand collections before they officially drop. Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship once all items are ready.

5. What is your return policy?

Unwanted Products: Return within 30 days. Must be unopened and in original packaging (otherwise refunded at 50%). Customer pays return postage.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: Return within 30 days. Contact us with photos first for a free prepaid return label; items are usually replaced.

Non-Returnable: Items with single-use codes (like TCG code cards) cannot be returned.
